New Day Training is a UK-based NEBOSH learning partner. Full company details will be inserted here before launch.

An enrolment is confirmed once you have paid the fee (or agreed a payment schedule) and received a confirmation email. Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Course fees, what is included and any optional extras are shown on the relevant course page. VAT will be applied where applicable.

Under UK consumer regulations you have a 14-day cancellation period from booking, provided the course has not begun. See our Refund and cancellation policy for the full detail.

You agree to attend sessions where possible, complete assessments honestly and follow the awarding body's rules on plagiarism and collusion.

Course materials remain the intellectual property of New Day Training or its licensors. You may use them for your own study but not redistribute them.

We provide the course with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
